Comboyne Public School

Location: North-eastern NSW (North coast region)
School community: We are a small rural school of around 26 students K-6 the great majority of whom have had no multi-cultural experience. We would love to organise an exchange of some sort. What we need is for our students to be introduced to people from other cultures. What we have to offer is a diverse agricultural experience. It would be great to arrange a sister school with perhaps one class to communicate with our Year 3-6 class and then go from there. We also are establishing a huge community garden and are starting the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden program in term 2, 2012.

We embrace students of all faiths and denominations and for our students, this means a genuine experience of the 'real world' that they will work and live in once their education is completed.
